What do we actually get?
A print-ready PDF booklet: A4 folded to A5 in the UK and Australia, US Letter folded in half in the US and Canada. Four pages as standard (cover, order of service, words, back page), eight if you want a photo page and the full words of every hymn. Plus a one-page flat version for emailing or a single sheet, and the plain text. You print it at home, at a local print shop or with an online printer; we do not print.
How fast is it, really?
Within 1 day of payment, usually the same day. If the service is tomorrow, say so on the form and we start the moment the details land. One free round of changes, the same day you ask.
Can you include the words of the hymns and poems?
Yes. Tell us which, or paste the words you want, and we set them. Traditional hymns and older poems are free to print; for a modern hymn or song lyric the church or celebrant usually holds the licence, and we will say if one needs checking.
Everything on the booklet comes from the details and photos you send. We never invent names, dates or places, and we leave out anything you ask us to. You check the proof before it is printed. Nothing is published anywhere, and your photos are deleted 90 days after delivery. Refund: if it is late, or you are unhappy within 7 days and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Need the obituary or the eulogy as well? Each is a separate order in the same place.
