Short version: we collect what you type into the order form and the free-sample box, we use it to do the job you asked for, and we delete it afterwards.

What the order form collects

Your name and email, your relationship to the person who died, their name and dates, the facts about their life and family that you want included, service details if you add them, and anything you ask us never to include. Your country and the time you sent it are stored with it. The pay link and your order code are emailed to the address you gave.

What the free-sample box collects

Your email address only. We send the sample and up to five short follow-up emails from obituaryinaday@mail.tab.bot. Every one has a line to stop them; reply “stop” and we stop.

What we do with it

We write what you ordered from it. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. Payment is handled by the card checkout; we never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Order material is deleted 90 days after delivery. Free-sample emails are deleted when you say stop, or after the five emails if you never buy.

Your rights

Email obituaryinaday@mail.tab.bot to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 2 days.
